Topic: Yes, it's important
You're a teenager and you are pregnant. There is much to think about such as are you keeping the baby or giving the baby up for adoption, will you continue your education, does the Father care, who is there to help you, how will you support your family and are you maintaining your and the baby's health.
For starters lets discuss health. If you are confused as to where to get medical help or don't have insurance find the nearest Planned Parenthood. They will have answers to all your questions. If you don't have a computer at home go to your library and use theirs. Just google Planned Parenthood. It's important to get information from a reliable source.
A word about addiction and pregnancy: whatever you take the baby you are carrying will also take. That means whatever you put in your mouth or inject will effect your baby's brain, health and general development. If you have a problem get help. Go to Alcoholics Anonymous, tell your physician. Physicians are trained to deal with addiction. The physician is there for you.
